Amazing! I am beyond happy with this sauna. I was going to a hot sauna gym and decided to just buy one. I absolutely love this. It was very easy to put together once we laid everything out. It truly gets to 150 degrees in about 30 minutes. I just turn it on a bit before I get in. I bring my weights in there to get my heart hate up a bit and burn extra calories. The only negative I could say about this is that I feel it fits two people comfortably three people would be elbow to elbow and a bit uncomfortable. If you’re on the fence, just buy it.

We wish we had bought this sooner!!!Delivered fast!Set up was a breeze!! Honestly took 30 minutes to fully set up!We use it almost every day! I can't believe how much better we feel using it! Its awesome!Added bonus one of the few times my husband and I get to spend some time alone and talk!My husband has arthritis and it helps his back so much!

We received the shipment yesterday, delivered to our home safely. Well packaged, and undamaged. My wife & I broke the shipment down carefully, then brought the parts to where we planned to assemble and use the Sauna. Design was well thought out, parts well made, attention to detail by the designer and manufacturing team was evident. Assembly was first the base on the floor, then set back panel in position, then set side panel and "snap" the side to back, like a large buckle on a boot, very easy to do. Then other side, bench, front, then lastly the top. Maybe 45 minutes all in, clear and thoughtful labeling of what wire goes where, just plug A to A, B to B, and so on.We are 50's and healthy, it does take some strength to lift the parts but not a lot. You will need a polarized 110V plug, about $6 at Lowes, a few minutes max to install (but some are not capable of this I realize, or afraid of Electricity) thus an electrician would be required if you do not have a polarized plug). We turned it up to 145ºF and set timer to 45 minutes, and afterwords slept like babies (actually late to work today as we did oversleep). Slam dunk!Everything looks well made and I expect years of trouble free enjoyment of it. Designers of the Sauna and its packaging should be proud of a job well done. The folks who crafted it, also bravo, well done. Nice to see a product made by people who care about the end users experience; a that is how it seems in this case.

I was kinda nervous spending so much on a sauna "kit" but boy oh boy what a pleasant surprise when it was recieved. The thing was very well packed and you could tell the company had the process down. The Sauna itself was pretty much like a lego set that I was able to assemble without using their instructions. Thats how well they made the kit. It took me longer to install a 20amp dedicated outlet than it did to assemble and use the sauna. So far we are loving this thing. Once together is feels solid and looks fantastic. Love the glass door and windows and the small car stereo that came with it seems perfect for playing relaxing music.We placed this in our basement where it averages about 65f temps and it takes the heaters about 30 minutes or so to get the temperature up to 125-130f inside. Not bad at all.I would just say, dont be aftaid of this DIY assembley, If you are mechanically inclined at all you may not even use the instructions.

Absolutely love this sauna! It was very easy to assemble and took a little under an hour. It actually takes longer to breakdown and discard the packing material, than it does to actually put the unit together. It arrived curbside and was very well packed. Operating the unit is very simple. The Bluetooth stereo system pairs easily with your with your phone so that you're able to stream music for your listening pleasure. Unit was purchased almost 2 months ago and is used several times a week with no issues. Love it!

Now that we have resolved a couple issues with this unit, we are impressed with the overall quality and performance of the Maxxus 3 sauna. We would recommend this unit, but buyers should know a couple things. One of the heat panel grid covers had been assembled poorly, with one frame corner misaligned causing one of the protective wood strips to break. We rebuilt the corner and epoxy-repaired the broken strip. This was a manufacturing defect, not a shipping or assembly issue, and their QC missed it. Someone without woodworking skills would need to return this frame for replacement.The other issue was the radio supplied with the unit did not come with adequate installation instructions, omitting how to install the remote control sensor. It is a black wire with a receiver at the tip that has to be crammed into the space to the side of the back side of the face plate and secured in place (we used heavy tape) so the IR remote can communicate with the radio. The radio itself is delightful, and BT-pairs easily. Support was very responsive in supplying the missing instructions for installation after we thought the remote was defective. The remote was fine, but the radio instructions were defective.Overall, we would still buy this unit, even knowing these challenges. We are impressed that something so large and complex can be shipped without damage or delivery drama. We received it quickly after ordering, and assembly was straightforward. One assembly hint is to have a rubber mallet handy to make tiny adjustments in the position of the wall panels, as the design is very tight with minimal tolerance for misalignment, and the panels are heavy. You also may want to consider adding a wire clip to the panel closure latches to prevent accidental opening. In general, the step-wise directions are very clear, except they need to be updated to reflect the sound unit to be a BT/mp3 player rather than a CD player, and need to include how to install the remote sensor.
