Seems to work and all the functions work. But the memory doesn’t hold and needs to be reset every time. Not the best quality. Easy to install

This makes adding a ceiling fan quick and easy. Great size, decent brightness, and great airflow. My only complaint was that after a while the fan made a clicking sound, but I've had ones wired in that made just as much if not more noise. Overall, I'm happy with purchase.

For my home gym in my unfinished basement, I wanted to change my regular lightbulb to a brighter one, as well as add a fan to circulate air better. However, there are no nearby outlets to add the fan. This socket fan light was the perfect solution to kill two birds with one stone. The light is significantly brighter than a regular bulb (up to 2000 lumens). I don't even use it at max brightness! The color temperature is also customizable, from a warm yellow to a sterile white (I have it somewhere in between). The fan is also surprisingly strong for a ceiling fan that just screws in like a regular bulb. There are three fan speed settings. There is an optional extension pole that screws in to the base as well if you want to to be lower, more directed air, but I did not use it as it would put the fan blades a bit too low for my liking in my basement. The remote MUST be used to control the fan and light. Using the regular wall switch is a little glitchy - sometimes only the light turns on, sometimes only the fan turns on - regardless of what settings were previously set before the switch was last turned off. This is only a minor inconvenience though as I have mounted the remote right next to the switch (it comes with wall-mounting hardware).I am very happy with this purchase that gave me much better light and a ton of airflow in my basement where electrical outlets are scarce.

The LED light is bright at 2000 lumens, and the remote works well, but the fan is a bit smaller than the others at a 17 inch diameter

This socket fan light was easy to put together and install. It really moves the air. I am using it and two others in my basement to keep it from getting too musty. The light is bright and adjustable. The fan speed is also adjustable.

I'm using this LED bulb/fan combo in my 2 car garage. The listing claims 2000 lumens and while I don't have a way to measure the amount of light I will say that it is enough to light my garage well. The dimming function is nice but I don't plan to use it much. The remote has a good feel to it and most buttons only need to be pressed for an instant to activate the intended function. One exception is the button that controls the on/off for the light which must be pressed for at least 3 seconds. I find that inconvenient. The remote uses 2 AAAs which I did not see included. Even though they are not included I like the fact that the remote uses AAAs since that's a battery type that is readily available and inexpensive. The blades are small, but they do produce more wind than I was expecting. I think that's due to the blades rotating more quickly than the blades of a larger ceiling fan. The blades have a raised pattern on one side. I don't know why but the designers have you install that more aesthetic side facing up. Since this is likely to be a ceiling fan, that means you only see the flat underside of the blades. I tried to install them the other way but they won't click into place. Here are a couple of other things I noticed. For me the remote has been working thru the interior door from the laundry room to the garage. I like that because I don't have to open that door and thereby let any bugs waiting in the garage get into my home. When I switch the fan bulb off and back on using the wall light switch it doesn't remember the last setting. For example if both the fan and light were on, when I flip the wall switch back on both could be on, or only one of them could be on. It seems that the most common result is that only the light is on but it's happened that only the fan came back on. That's not a deal breaker but it does mean I prefer using the remote or at least having the remote nearby if the light doesn't come on when I use the wall switch. The order does include a bracket that you mount to the wall to keep the remote near the wall switch for that very reason. Despite the minor downsides mentioned I like this enough to give it 5 stars.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this fan-light combo has been such a practical addition to my space. It’s perfect for smaller rooms, where you want the convenience of a fan and lighting without installing anything complicated. The screw-in design made setup a breeze—I had it up and running in minutes. I like how customizable the lighting is, with different brightness levels and color temperatures to fit any mood or task. The fan is surprisingly quiet, even at the highest speed, which is great for maintaining a peaceful environment. The remote control is easy to use and saves time, especially with the timer feature for automatic shut-off. Overall, it’s been a simple yet functional upgrade for my home.
