Your cart is empty.A fish hook is more than a formed piece of wire with a point on one end and an eyelet on the other. It represents the connecting point between you and your angling dreams, whether sitting on lawn chairs catching trout with friends and family or competing at the highest level in the sport. Since 1925, in Denver, Colorado, the men and women of Eagle Claw have been privileged to ensure that connection.

The knife blade did not swing out and I to use a screwdriver to pry it out. The metal seems to to be slightly bent causing the blade to get stuck. I returned it and went with a better quality option.

About 1/3 the size I had expected - see Big Pal line clipper for a comparison. This is nothing more than a small nail clipper!

I ordered these clippers specifically for the slot in the handle that allows you to remove hooks without inuring the fish. They are nice & sharp for nipping line & have a handy lanyard.

If you want toenail clippers with a string attached this is for you. Gave us all a great laugh when it arrived but not worth the money by any stretch of the imagination. Go to the pharmacy and buy a pair of nail clippers and save your money!

I routinely replace my clippers every year or so in order to make sure the ones I use are sharp. This time I happened to choose these Eagle Claw Line Clippers, which I may have used over the years, and find them to be good, serviceable line clippers. I wouldn't hesitate to buy them again when the time comes.
