I just took the item out of the box (which comes disassembled). Several pieces have dings, gouges taken out of the wood, scuffs…. And I’m noticing this as I’m picking up each piece. I don’t care how much something costs, if it’s brand new, it shouldn’t arrive to the customer looking like it’s been destroyed before it left its warehouse.
