This was the only option I found shopping that adapted to your needs whether trying to go on a landing of a roof or working on a ladder doing wall or side vertical work. This model isn’t both but needs to have one set removed for the other. It did come with all parts and is high quality that actually impressed me. I’m 53 and need to clean my solar panels and I was on roofs often when I was younger but now I felt I needed a safer option and definitely found it at a most reasonable price. Very happy and definitely will recommend this product .

I gave it two stars because 1. It did it's "job" and 2. it didn't kill me. But it doesn't go past that because it sure did try. I weigh 200 pounds and it bent the heck out of hooks making them unusable afterwards and the bolts are too long so it easily scratches metal roof or can possibly damage shingles. Would I recommend, No. Would I buy it again, if I was very desperate and needed it tomorrow

I didn't get around to a project on my roof last year and now that we have warm weather I headed up the roof (I'm about 200lbs) Almost to the top and it (the ladder jack) started bending! I hurried down the ladder and barely made it to a stable area. Scared the heck out of me. DO NOT USE!! Trying to find company info now. Never written a review before but don't buy this!

I was excited to buy an "all in one" product however I was disappointed when I finally had time to use it. My main concern is the stability and quality of the materials. I used the itsy-bitsy wrench that was included and still managed to over tighten the bolts and crush the frame between the nut and bolt head. The roof hook arms are extremely thin and acted as springs even before attempting to climb onto the ladder. Being well below the weight limits I still wasn’t comfortable ascending the ladder. If it bounces that much just from pulling the bottom rung towards me, while still standing on another ladder, there was no reason to continue. I haven’t tried the wall stabilizer yet, but I doubt I will even bother.

As a stabilizer it’s decent. Definitely helped me out couple times on my 24 ft extension ladder. Would not trust it on a bigger ladder. The roof hook attachment is a bit bendy and not very strong but will hold you fine while you do whatever you need to do if you don’t move around too much. Also looks like you can’t even buy it anymore lol so probably not a good sign.
