Your cart is empty. The new EBC Yellowstuff compound is essentially a race pad but with a big difference in that it works from cold and can be safely used on the highway. If you want the ultimate in high friction braking this is the pad to choose. Brakes feel superb from first touch of the pedal and stay effective up to race temperatures. Maximum stopping is prime requirement and for short duration track use. Its dust rating is similar to OEM parts. All pads come with edge chamfers, center line slots, noise reduction shims and OEM hardware as needed. All EBC pads feature the EBC brake in surface coating which helps pads seat quickly after install.

Excellent stopping power. I notice no squeal with my brembo blanks and they are 6 months old (I was sort of hoping they would so I could be BA when I pull to a stop). I didn't even get the new discs micro-turned before install (though it is recommended) and everything works great. They do produce excess dust but it wipes off very easily unlike other brake dust I have had to deal with.

I put these pads on the front of my 2006 Honda Odyssey. Wow do they stop! Nice smooth modulation and very stoppy.I got 12,000 miles out of a set. These probably weren't what I should have bought. I am now trying a set of the EBC green to see how they do.

What can I say? a purely stock 2006 4 dr EX honda civic is not a car meant for the race track. These pads can hold up to the heat yet the outer edges do burn and crumble yet the car does stop! Watkens glen is not a easy track on brakes and I can probably get about 3-4 days of Drivers Education track timeout of these front pads thru the PCA (Porsche Club of America). Removing the front heat shields seems to help much to cool the stock brakes on this car. They do seem to grove my rotors yet the rotors did not warp. In normal street driving, these pads seem to have much higher coefficient of friction so your brakes will be more sensitive and tend to grab more. I do not have experience with other brand of racing pads so I can't compare, I know the OEM pads are not bad, they can't really take the heat at the track but they are better then the AUTOZONE Duralast MAX Ceramic pads which is junk on the track. I had flames coming off the duramax pads as the pads totally burned up. You could not trust these pads on the track and after the track, they car would not stop well on the street either! Bottom line, EBC Yellow stuff is good for the track and Ok for normal street driving but I don't this they are worth the cost if you will only do normal street driving.
