Tested the voltage of each battery, and they were all good. Using these for my camera system, and I haven't had any problems yet. DO NOT TRY TO RECHARGE THEM.

Most equipment that requires AA batteries will benefit from these. They will last much longer than regular batteries, making replacements way less frequent. I'm using them in my Quest remotes and computer trackpad, with great results so far.

Sometimes you can't risk lower capacity rechargeable batteries. These 3700 mAh batteries are almost 70% more capacity than 3200 mWh rechargeable (divide mWh by the voltage to get mAh).If you are away from home for an extended time, you want powerful batteries in remote door locks and security systems. You will not be there to recharge or change them.These EBL batteries are more powerful than the silver and blue lithium stuff you pay big bucks for. I have used EBL for some time now and only good things to say about this brand.

PROS: Higher initial voltage so high draw items run better for longer times, nominal 1.817 VDC vs OEM Optima at 1.7 VDC or OEM Standard AA nominal 1.5 VDC. Consistent voltage output across all batteries and they come cased for long term storage and go bags if needed. Seem to last considerably longer than other AA batteries on high draw devices and with more RPMs on motorized devices. CONS: Not rechargeable (NOTE: keep in mind most rechargeable AA batteries only have a nominal 1.25 VDC output at full charge, and decay and lose charge quickly, thus almost everything you put a rechargeable in runs slower and/or for less time), bit pricey at $2 each, but, as usual you get what you pay for and more power for longer times at lower temperatures with less weight is part of this. Unknown if they will hold a charge for 25 years, but if your young enough feel free to test that! Overall good value for a 12 pack of great batteries.

This one is gonna be short because what can one say regarding batteries other than commenting on their life span? The batteries came in a nice hard plastic case and look a lot like rechargeable batteries to be honest (THEY ARE NOT RECHARGEABLE) and seem quite a bit heavier than normal batteries. And they work in the remote I put them. But until they run out of juice I really can’t say much about them other than they seem nice and expensive and the fancy packaging looks nice. If these die super quick I will come back and change the rating but everything seems very nice & HQ and they work.

These batteries are indeed lightweight and offer one third more capacity than a typical premium alkaline battery. I don't know about a 25 year shelf life but you could probably expect a good 10 years. I doubt that anyone would be buying them for use 25 years down the road anyway. One huge advantage of lithium batteries is that they're way less likely to leak. How about a show of hands if you've ever replaced a remote that was already leaking by the time it quit functioning? They're perfect for remotes, cameras, and small electronic devices you want to protect.

I got these batteries because lithium batteries store well and work better at low temperatures than alkaline batteries. I have some rodent repellers that are in the garage and under a shed and get they cold in the the winter. If these batteries are even close to their rating of 3.7 Ah, they will last a long time. They came in a nice small plastic storage box.I wish the package had a use by date so I would know how long I can store them.
