Replacement Side View Mirrors
Step 1 - Access Roll down the window of the car. For electric mirrors, disconnect the negative battery terminal after this. Take off the screws of the door panel then take off the trim with a pry tool and and finally take off the door panel. If you have electric windows, unplug the harness. Use the nut driver to take off the nuts holding the side mirror in place and then take off it. Step 2 - Installation If it’s an electric mirror, replace the harness, checking that everything is properly hooked up. To complete the installation, screw the interior door panel back in place on the door and replace the trim. Put the negative battery cable back on the terminal and tighten properly. Put side view mirror in place so that the bolts on the mirror are through the holes in the assembly. Tighten the nuts with the nut driver until the mirror is held firmly.

An interesting product for an older Ford, in that you will need to reuse the older screws instead of using the included screws. The top bracket is a hinge, kind of strange, but it fits and looks good. Am not seeing any rust at all so am pleased.

Showed up on time, look great but absolutely junk. They move every time I drive. Very depressing. Yes everything is tight as it could be. I'm going to take them off and fill with gorilla glue and see how that works.

They are plastic. They have a clean chrome look. I would definitely say the size for a ranger or smaller truck. I was going to put this on the F250 and it looked silly. So i just used the mirrors only. Can't complain for the price! Also. At least in my location same day delivery! Can't beat that.

These were advertised to fit my 1996 F250 Ford truck however were too small and the attachment holes did not line up. Fortunately the seller gave excellent customer service and quickly responded with a return label. That’s why I have given 3 star. However disappointed to see they are still advertised as fitting the 1996 Ford F-250 truck. This needs to be updated so as to not inconvenience future customers.

The mounts are smaller than stock Ford which I could have remade but why? Worse yet, they blow out of position at 45 mph! Speed limit on the highway here is 75 so they never stood a chance. I guess they would be okay for inspecting the asphalt. I returned them.

These aren't real terrific for towing a trailer....some serious blind spots and you are not able to see traffic behind you and also see where you are backing up to. Plan on getting a couple of fisheye type mirrors to put on them. On the plus side, they are easily adjustable and I've not had pro lems with shaking any more than most mirrors. Do tighten them down, though. They look a lot better than the last very large mirrors I had on my truck, though and they arrived quickly.
