How should motorcycle be maintained after replacing cylinder liner piston?

  • When starting a car, don't start with too much throttle.
  • Keeping the engine cooling well, especially in winter.
  • Every time when you ride 1500-2000 kilometers, change the engine oil and clean the air filter. Every time the oil is changed, you'd better check whether the engine has any abnormal sound or not, valve adjustment works well or not.

not Yamaha quality by a long shot but works good enough to pep up a tired engine, belt sure you replace the crankshaft seals too. because strokes use the crank case to recharge the cylinder.

False advertising its not a 60 kit

First off, it's not a 60cc kit but only 50. The rings were not notched to fit around the alignment pins. The cylinder looks good with only minor port clean up. The cylinder head has a different combustion chamber shape then a stock Yamaha head. I ended up mixing and matching parts to come up with what I think was the best combination but I will not buy this kit again.

Installed this kit about a month or so ago and just pulled the head off and realize that it's actually a stock cylinder and piston. 40 so it's not the actual 60cc kit. Too much of a hassle to take off and deal with sending it back. Also make sure that you use your studs because the ones that come with it will strip out before you ever get to torque specs
