I ordered 1 and got it replaced twice. Finish is cheap and damaged easily (seems the plastic is to smooth for good adhesion).I really wanted to like this product as a name brand one is about $300. All of the products had finish damage straight out of the box in the same place. I have not installed it yet but i did keep the 3rd product even though the finish was damaged due to it being so cheap. I will probably remove the finish and scuff the surface some and possibly hydro dip a new finish on with some clear coat.I reached out for product support with no success on hearing back from them. one of the numbers is no longer in service. I left message on the other phone number and reached out via email. never got a response from anything. Then ONLY reason I am keeping the last one I got and not giving a 1 star review is because the price is so low compared to a name brand option.

Finish is a weird powdery finish, and when you try to dye the correct color, the finish bubbles. The only positive is it fits the car.

Not a bad part, but finish/paint/covering of the panel is not great, much cheaper than OEM and the interior of the C5 Corvette is already cheap enough. Does not fit as OEM either, gaps along top end. If you are wanting to avoid spending $300 to install a double din, it is a good enough option.Worth noting, mine arrived damaged with a cracked tab, do not expect any support and the seller will charge over $20 to return so you can reorder, there are no exchanges.Breaking out the soldering iron and glue, hope to get it installed without any issue, will see how it goes. Trying to update the radio and add hands free to avoid the horrendous tickets and DUI-E that using a cell phone can get you, this panel seems to allow that.

Couldn’t determine why some of these cost over $200 but this is under $50 so I bought it and after doing a multi step paint job it looks great and fits my new Sony Double Din size head unit. Best Buy installed it since it was free with the radio purchase from them. Best Buy did charge me about $30-40 because I didn’t buy this or the radio harness from Best Buy (they only sold the $200 unit and the radio harness required for radio was more expensive than Amazon for same thing). So I ended up paying a lot less with this thing for only $50 and essentially paying $30 for a 2 hour install from pro (Best Buy)

For the price and overall compatibility, this was a no Brainer for me when the competing brands are 300+... I ended up using some interior paint to better(nearly perfectly) match the rest of my C5 interior. It is missing the screw hole in the cigarette lighter area, but not a big deal to make one. I also used a bit of low profile weather stripping to fill the top Tim gap and it looks awesome for a garage install. Fits my 2660-NEX perfectly

Installed a double din radio in my 2001 C5, This dash piece worked nicely and fit as it should. Does it have the exact finish as an oem piece? No, but unless you want to spend upwards of$300 just to get the right "texture". Overall it looks really good in the car and I'm happy with it.

The factory finish is a little duller than the interior black but very paintable if you want to I left mine with the factory finish and I'm happy with it!

Fits OK, slightly smaller than the factory. I installed a true 7-inch display head unit. Slightly smaller displays may require test fitting with the mounting brackets of the head unit to get the best fit. Getting rid of the vertical mounts for the factory radio and climate control are a bear to remove. I drilled the rivets out which was a pain. Others use a sawzall-type saw to remove - to me that's a hack job but neither are easy. Have patience. The instructions for drilling holes to move the climate control however, are way off. The best thing to do is to install the double DIN head unit using the factory tangs on the mounting rack and then drill any holes as necessary using the head unit mounting brackets as a template. When installing the head unit mounting brackets on the head unit the brackets should mount on the lowest sets of screw holes so the display fits into the top opening of the console. Install the center console and check for fit. Once that is done, remove the center console again. The vertical bar on the new console between the holes for the head unit and the climate control measures about 3/8 of an inch so measure 3/8 to 1/2 between the the head unit's bottom part of the display bezel and loosely fit the climate control unit in and use the mounting brackets on it as a template to drill your holes. I did this and it fit perfectly. It will need painting if you want it to match the GM interior. ColorbondpaintDOTcom makes paint that will match the factory color. I'll be doing that next. The cup holder is pretty much useless and they could have at least provided a cover for it or places for the factory flip-down lid to fit it. This unit is a good choice unless you want to pay $300+ for one that matched the factory pebble grain, etc.

When the package arrived it looked like the box was ok however the unit inside one of the tabs which holds the entire unit to the car was actually broken and the unit is unusable so I can not give a real review as I never had the chance to use the unit. I have to return it.
