Company sent defective remote refused to honor warranty. I’d look elsewhere if you need to buy an inverter company does not honor warranty.

I have the battery power to make use of this 2000-watt inverter. Line power went off today (thunderstorm) I used this to power my carport freezer my regular freezer refrigerator and a room A/C unit plus lights. I use all the right cable size thus no low voltage squeal when compressors start. I don't even think the cooling fans turned on.Some reviews report problems without details, I suspect lack of battery power is the main cause. such as a single lead acid battery won't last long using 1000 watts. maybe 30-40 minutes before low voltage alarm.

The 2000W Inverter was working fine until the hardware terminals stopped working. The terminals had been iffy from the start, and then after being used for 5 hrs to power a Traeger smoker (@220w) the terminals stopped providing power entirely, and haven’t worked since, even after several restarts.Giving the product 4 stars because likely I received a defective unit, but otherwise the Inverter has worked fine using the provide AC outlets.
