Great pad! And it does not break the bank like some others. As wool flocked saddles should be fit properly to the horse, I don't want a lot of bulk or other weirdness. This one provides just enough adjustment when needed between saddle flocking.

Correction pads can be so expensive and I’ve been dragging my feet ordering. Finally decided on this on, it is most economical, was worried it wouldn’t work and I’d still be looking for a solution. It changed the game! I was so surprised at how much better the saddle fits but also, how much better my seat is when I use it. My horse is more comfortable. Thank you.

C’est le 2e que je commande dans 2 couleurs différentes. J’avais besoin d’un releveur arrière seulement, mais je ne voulais pas me sentir surélevée et loin de mon cheval. Ce pad est exactement ce que je recherchais après plusieurs essais de marques plus dispendieuses.

Used this on my 25yo gelding who's top line tends to fluctuate coming from Winter to Spring/Summer, so to keep him comfortable while bringing him back into work I've used this half pad to supplement his lack of muscling.Only downside I'd say is the inserts are fairly fragile, and will rip if you aren't careful removing them/ inserting them back into the pockets, but other than that it does its job well.

Yes the "memory foam" is a joke, it reminds me of the biodegradable packing peanuts that horse.com sometimes uses, BUT my horse seems happy with it. I use it with my total contact saddle, and both times I've used it he's seemed comfortable ( first time he was pissy because I so rudely interrupted his breakfast, second time he felt frisky and we ended up gaiting alot). How do I know he is comfortable? I usually can tell because he'll flex/ round his back when he's uncomfortable and I frequently run my fingers down his back looking for sore spots.

This pad is great, except for one annoying flaw in the design. The velcro straps have the two sides of Velcro in the wrong place. The scratchy side should be on the end, but instead the soft side is on the end. The scratchy side rubs against the leather of my saddle and it's causing the leather to scratch and wear thin. If the scratchy side had been on the end, then the soft side would be touching my saddle and wouldn't cause any damage. It's pretty clear that nobody tested this before it was mass produced.
