Your cart is empty.The Edelbrock Fuel Pressure Regulator #8190 is for carburetor applications that require consistent pressure from 4-1/2 to 9 psi. It features two 3/8" NPT outlets, one 3/8" NPT inlet, 1/8" NPT gauge port and is adjustable from 5 to 12 psi. This regulator is manufactured from billet aluminum and features a Nylon-reinforced Nitrile diaphragm for excellent heat and leak resistance.

First off, the regulator has 2 outlets...it comes with a plug incase your are only using 1 outlet...the plug i received was un threaded... what! What a pain... had to run to a hardware store to get one... other than that, seems to work good...update: I can get this this to.stop leaking, from fuel rated Teflon tape to sealant made for fuel, the threads must be terrible...complete garbage, do not buy

Had a mechanical fuel pump pushing 9 lbs of pressure and the edlebrock carb didn't like that too much when idling, this regulator holds it steady at 5.5 lbs and i am much happier with my old truck.Came with everything but the 3/8" fittings, as described, so i bought those off amazon as well. I also bought a pressure guage and it screwed right into this regulator. Works great. If you cant figure how this regulator works, you are probably an idiot and shouldn't be working on cars anyways.

Designed well. Works in my 2000 Regal with 2, 4.3 Vortec 4 Barrel carbs holding a constant 5lbs.

Comes with no fittings nor instructions, cracked after 18 months.

It solved the flooding problem coming off rpm's with my 1409 Edelbrock Marine carb.Ski boat has a mechanical fuel pump. I set PSI at 5.5 as recommended and all is well.
