They are provided with a cadmium finish steel bolt and hardened washer kits that contain all bolts and washers needed for manifold installation. The reduced-hex heads are for easy wrench access.

Very nice product and will add the finishing touch to the intake manifold when installed. The price of this product alone would not qualify for Free Shipping, however, it was included with the other purchases that I made for this build. Great product, fast delivery.
