Like some others have said, the sizing of the harness is on the larger size for a medium. I have a 31-32" waist (~78-80cm) and I've got the waist tightened almost as far as it can go. Otherwise, I love the color and comfort of the harness. The adjustable leg loops are also a plus, and enough gear racks for my use.

Bought from abroad but price, customer service and delivery excellent. Well made harness and all round adjustable so good for indoor/trad/winter. Like the stiff front gear loops; would probably have preferred a fifth rather than the small accessory loop provided. Comfortable if you don’t plan on hanging around!
