It might give off fancy dog bowl vibes, but it looks much better once food is added. Don't let your guests look at it before that.Definitely a step up for me from eating pasta straight out of the pot, these bowls will capture yours and your guest's attention.Terrible cooking with great presentation? That makes for an average meal. Upgrade your cooking today! The base ring has a rough unglazed feel to it. The nonslip properties are much more apparent on tablecloth or unfinished wood. Stone or polished wood surfaces still cause some slippage. If you've ever dropped a ravioli or spoonful of soup, you'll know how much it can splatter. The high walls on these bowls do a much better job on containing that mess. Messy eaters or those with children will appreciate it.

I have owned Dollar Tree plates for the last 4 years, and wanted to up my plate game. I ordered these, and I was a bit cautious as they were more affordable than other similar plates on Amazon. Once I opened the box and took them out, I was very satisfied! They are a great size and have a depth of about 1.5-2 inches. The color was just as expected, had a good weight, and the bowl quality is just overall wonderful!

I chose this item to review: E-far Pasta Bowls Set of 4, 35oz Ceramic Large Salad Bowl Plates for Serving Soup Dinner, Shallow Stoneware Pasta Plate, Microwave & Dishwasher Safe, Speckled GreenMy cats like eating out of this type of bowl/plate. They eat freeze-dried raw food that needs to be re-hydrated first, plus they like a plate, so this plate, with the higher side, can let the pellets soak up water without spills. The size of plate is excellent for big appetites. It holds a lot of pasta without dripping sauce off of the plate. It's also excellent for rice dishes, place rice on the bottom and put your stir-fry on top. No sauce spills. The plates are a heavy stoneware. Beautiful.Excellent 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

These pasta bowls are a great idea. Kinda half bowl, half plate. I always hate using a plate for pasta; the sauce is usually liquid enough to need a bowl, but using one makes me feel like an untrustworthy kid who will spill their food. The bowls are great for pasta, salads or really just about any meal. They made the bowls from heavy stoneware, and the bowls look nice. I liked there was an option to get one of each color because I couldn't decide. They are a little heavier than I would like, but I think that is a common issue with any stoneware. However, I really like the design of the pasta bowls and the price. I may even get the full set of plates and bowls that are available.

I love the simple and clean design of these dishes. They're mostly solid color with a very light spackling pattern. They're not too wide and stack so they fit very nicely in my cupboards. Most of all I love the depth. They're perfect for pastas yes but really they work really well with almost any meal. Especially, if you have messy eaters at home. They also fit well in my mid-sized dishwasher. They're also microwave safe which makes them great for every day use.

These bowls the are perfect size for pasta and rice dinners! They're very nice looking and attractive on the table, very good quality and weight, and I love that they stack nicely into each other, it keeps them very stable in the cabinet. These have become my favorite bowls for so many different things, but I found that I like them best with rice and vegetables, and any type of pasta with sauce, since they're basically a blend of a plate and a bowl. They wash up easily, either by hand or in the dishwasher. I'm very happy with them, I just wish that they had more colors, perhaps a very vibrant teal would be nice, lol. Five stars

We used these yesterday for some pot roast. They are big but not super deep. Heavy but not overly so. They come well protected in the box and are just a tad tough to get out but I'd rather that than bad packaging. They clean easy and look very nice. They stack great in the cabinet and don't take up a crazy amount of space

Very nice set of pasta/dinner bowls. Extremely well packaged. Bowls stack precisely together which is nice for storing them in the cupboard. They match well with my set of dishes. 8" is actually just the right size compared to other pasta/dinner bowls I've seen that are 10" in diameter. I anticipate they will get a lot of use serving salads, pasta or soup.
