The lens looks to be well-made. I got this for a science experiment for my kid's science fair. It's not super cheap but not crazy expensive either. Probably about the average price for a lens of this quality.

Iā€™m a college science instructor and use a wide variety of demonstration items in my classes. This concave lens is reasonably good with no defects or issues and I can professionally recommend it as just fine at this price point.
