I was hesitant to order these because the reviews reported such frequent damage during shipping. I ordered 2. 1st came impeccably packed and intact, 2nd broken in 2 places and completely differently packaged and shipped. Amazon replaced the 2nd quickly and it arrived intact, well packed just like the 1st one.I love the product, adding it to my bedroom window frames.

I liked the product was everything I wanted but came broke in half. Could tell it was broke before put in box. Second one came broken on each end thought I would try and fix it, I finally unwrapped the plastic and it has a third crack on it and the white coating is peeling off the top of the product. I am so discouraged with this product I just want to throw it in garbage and waste my money. I am thinking of cancelling my prime account and just buy at the stores again. I don't know if you can help me or not . Just Disgusted Christine Nybo

This product was a total waste of money! Arrived with box all bent up and broken. Very pricey. Should have gone with a wooden onlay.

The milwork came very very fast and in perfect shape. The detail is awesome and it takes latex paint (semi gloss) very well. It was the perfect finishing touch for the door I put in.
