Your cart is empty.Our ceiling medallion collections are modeled after original historical patterns and designs. Our artisans then hand carve an original piece. Being hand carved each piece is richly detailed with deep relief, sharp lines, and a truly unique touch. That master piece is then used to create a mold master. Once the mold master is created we use our high density urethane foam to form each medallion. The finished look is a beautifully detailed, light weight, solid construction, focal piece. The resemblance to original plaster medallions is achieved only by using our high density urethane and not vacuum formed, "plastic" type medallions. Medallions can be cut using standard woodworking tools to add a hole for electrical or a ceiling fan canopy. Medallions are light weight for easy installation. They are fully primed and ready for your paint.

I was very disappointed as the item arrived damaged. The frame was cracked as well as other parts of it was chipped and the face was scuffed. This was the last one in stock also. Very odd the bag it came in had dirt and pieces of mud? This seemed very odd. I read a lot of good reviews before I bought this. I was very disappointed in my purchase as it was well above the price range of others but I thought i would pay extra for quality but I was left with a damaged dirty item

Oh my, this ceiling medallion really brought my ceiling to life and looks famulous with the crystal chandelier in my dining room. It is a quality product that looks like real wood or metal construction but is really lightweight plastic (like hardened foam). It is durable and is so light and easy to install with glue and/or nails. It is also paintable with latex or acrylic paints. I bought the same medallion in a smaller size for my front parlor. The fixture in that room is a white ceililng fan with an upper night light and attached light fixture below. It is beautful and it looks like the fan and medallion were meant to go together. This particular size will need a hole cut out in the center to allow for the wiring. The sunflower petals show around the center of my fixture. It is just beautiful.

At first I wasn't sure about it, the design was pretty but the material, while sturdy looked fake. But after a couple coats of paint my worries quickly dissipated. It's now a real centerpiece in the living room of our 1890s Victorian and looks like it has always been there.

This was beautiful. It appears white to me. It's just not a brilliant white. I've gotten tons of compliments on it. I would give it 5 stars except that the entire piece is solid without a hole in the center for a light fixture. Looking back now, I can see how it was not clear on that. but, I had assumed that a medalion would be precut for a fixture. However, with the proper tools it was easy to cut, and then install. Very pleased. Packaging was also phenomenal for how it arrived.
