They are lightweight, easy to install & look beautiful. However a pain in the ying-yang to paint lol. Glad I only had to put 2 coats on them. It's time consuming but so worth it.

Smashed to pieces when arrived and then realized what materials this was mad of and couldn't believe what had paid for this. Got a refund from Amazon. Had ordered two and both came in completed pieces. Looks like molded Styrofoam. How can this be safe to be near fire or heat? Would have given zero stars if that was possible. Not worth what paid for this and glad to have been able to get a refund.

I had two of these ordered as fireplace surrounds. One arrived broken, but they took it back easy and I got another one at no expense to me. Its fairly easy to work with and it looks great. They arent perfectly flat, but you will have to do some work to find a way to mount them anyways since they are not structural. I spray painted them and they look great.

These columns add much elegance to our fireplace. The first one we got was broken, but Amazon quickly sent us another, and it was perfect. We painted the columns and custom built the hearth and mantle for it. We are very pleased with the outcome.
