These pocket-sized notebooks really fit the description.50 pages of good quality lined paper are triple stapled in sturdy cover (available in several colors. I got orange)The inside rear cover has a handy ruler. On the inside front cover there’s space for you to take ownership of the book.I’m very pleased with these. I use these for DOPE. They work great. Not too big, so by the time they're full I'm probably using a different setup anyway.In the field I copy over to a waterproof notebook.

My husband loves these for quick notes while at work. They fit easily into his pants pocket and are thin but super sturdy. Paper quality is really nice.

Nice little pocket notebook. Only downside is if you have to tear a page from the front out to leave a note, the opposite page also falls out from the back of the notebook. That is a waste of paper in a notebook that has far too few pages to begin with.

I use these notebooks as an EDC and pair them with a Fisher Space Pen. The small size of both makes it perfect to fit in your pants/jeans pocket or even the top pocket of a dress shirt (nerd points may accumulate if carried in shirt pocket). Kidding aside, the notebook is great if you're like me and tend to forget things so I just keep a nice, neat little record. Good value and good quality. I rate them an A+ or five stars or whatever metric floats your boat.

I like them other than the lack of pages, if they had double the pages per one it'd be perfect. Other downside is if you rip a page out the opposite side of the book falls out as well but typically don't do that anyways in surveying. The feel of it and everything is nice and would definitely buy more unless I find an option that doesn't have the same 2 issues I mentioned without having the spiral spine.
