I used to use compression sleeves for my lateral epicondylitis, but I found this brace to be much more supportive. With both steel splints inserted, movement is way more restrictive, which is good. The three separate velcro straps allow for custom adjustment above, below and at the joint. When fully tightened it almost feels like a hard cast.

I purchased the Elbow Brace for Cubital Tunnel Ulnar Nerve Entrapement. I had surgery for this about a year ago and even though I did the surgery, I still suffer with occasional pain. The brace I was given after my surgery is worn out so I ordered this to replace it. This brace is better made than the one provided to my by the surgeon and it is comfortable.
