These potentiometers fixed the really terrible stick drift I had with my PS5 controller on the left side. The stick would drift all the way to the left and would stay stuck going that one direction. Even when trying to move to the right side, it would again continue to the left. I do have to say that simply bending the potentiometer ( the green square plastic piece) and replacing it with the new contact wiper won't effectively fix your stick drift. Most of the time it's the black circular material that makes contact with the metal wipers that gets worn down and not the wipers. So you still have to desolder the pots from the PCB and solder in the new ones if you truly want the best fix possible. I would suggest watching a video tutorial and practicing a bit before attempting the job. The pot adjusters flex cables that came with my order are for centering your pot if it's really off center and are soldered on the back of the PCB where your solder your 3 posts to. Usually these are not required at least in the ones I've replaced. Just know that stick drift is inevitable on all analog sticks and sooner or later you're going to have to replace with this method or bite the bullet and buy a new controller. Just FYI make sure you buy the right ohms resistance for your controller otherwise it may be to sensitive or sluggish. Cheers.

Purchased this pack for the little white sensors that come with it to replace a broken sensor in my ps5 controller to fix some stick drift. (In case anyone doesn’t know, you can simply bend the green part back and pull the sensor out. Doesn’t require soldering)Some of the reviews on here made me a bit hesitant to buy, as people stated that some arrived as duds. However the first one I picked at random worked fine and the controller no longer has drift. It’s a standard ps5 controller and sensors look identical to the original ones.If your controller is no longer under warranty and you have stick drift I would recommend this product. It’s a pretty easy fix, just follow a YouTube video.

So far so good, I have fixed the stick drift on two of my controllers, and they are working great. Took me about 20 mins, but I am an experienced mechanic, so perhaps give yourself 40 minutes if you have zero mechanical or handy skills. I do mean it when I say ANYBODY could fix their ps5 controller with this product. Just watch YouTube, have a plastic pick tool to assist with opening the controller and a small magnetic head Philips screwdriver. And if you do mess it up, what are you really out? I'll have to post a review after a few months, but I really am glad I went this route and not a new controller.

My controller had been working for about 8 months without drift from purchase and this replacement has been working for 3 months already. With 7 more replacements in this set (should I need it), it's a great price for a useful product. I definitely recommend it.Just to be clear, I did not do a full replacement of the original part with this part. I only used a small sensor that's part of the component and that's all that was needed. You could spend a lot of time de-soldering and soldering on this new part, or you could just replace the sensor that's inside. That's all you really need to do if you're having joystick drift issues. If you're having sensitivity issues or if the part is malfunctioning, then you may need to solder the new part on. But if you're just having the typical controller issues, replacing just that sensor worked. There are walkthroughs to help you with this and I'd recommend giving them a try and using these parts.
