We purchased into this with the idea that it was going to support a story that we were working on to prove the benefits of cooling when it comes to getting a little bit more out of NVMe drives. That, and we were looking for a device good enough to get the temperatures we were looking for. Which is important since we don't simply buy things to run stories on since stuff comes to us all the time from everywhere. That being said, the product performed quite well, and the story went quite well because of it. We consistently see differences in temperatures of around 5(C) to 8(C) depending on idle or load, and in testing various scenarios.Because of this, we felt that this definitely became one of our favorite cooling methods for NVMe. It has since been doing quite well cooling the drive that it was installed on and remains there to this day. I could definitely see us trying out some of their other products as well.

I have a Seagate Firecuda 530 4tb with a heatsink. The heatsink can't be removed from the bottom part so I left the entire thing their. I then took ElecGear and used a thermal pad to put this on top of the Firecuda heatsink and used strip ties to hold it together. My temps went from 61c (on full load) down to 43c (on full load) and I had the M.2 fan only at 50%This thing is a beast and what I did could be done with other M.2 drives where the manufacturer puts literally glues the heatsink on and it can't be removed.

I had a drive that was running hotter than I wanted - idle around 40C at times. I bought this and installed and so far in the past 24 hours it has leveled off to 32C under normal "idle" conditions. Very happy and pleased with this product so far.

This heatsink/cooler took only a minute to install and it works great. Yes, the adhesive for the top comes in squares but I just peeled off one side and stuck them all to the top of my new NVMe SSD drive and then peeled off the other backing. My new SSD drive consistently runs between 35-36 degrees C (95-100 F).
