This meat grinder is a beast in the kitchen! It grinds through meat effortlessly. I love the three grind size options (fine, medium, and coarse) and the dual stainless steel blades. The sausage and kubbe kit is an awesome bonus, making it super simple to whip up homemade sausages or kibbeh without hassle. There is a safety for overload and overheat protection, preventing motor burnout. The reverse function is a lifesaver for clearing jams quickly. Cleanup is easy, just rinse the parts (though not dishwasher safe) and keep them dry.

Grinds down the food really well. Its very powerful, works in forward and reverse in case something gets stuck and the different size discs help with the output. The one thing is DO NOT WASH THE PIECES IN THE DISHWASHER. I made that mistake and the plating got discolored even though it says not to do that. Also wash it really well before first use because some grease was getting out since i didnt clean it that good. Other than that great grinder and small footprint

Works great! Basically runs itself. I`ve had others , but none worked as good as this one. I`ve used it twice so far and it never jammed. Was a little noisy, but it ground the meat so fast no one was bothered. I absolutely love the storage compartment for storing the parts. Now I won`t lose them. Awesome grinder!

We are Asian, we love dumplings. Usually we chops the meat by knife, it takes while and so hard to do that, now we have this grinder, this grinder can make us much easier, just cut the meat small pieces and put it into the grinder, we done. Few minutes we have all the grind meat. For our live going on, this grinder will stay with us.

Very good machine, it was very easy to put together. I made my first batch of ground pork and it was sooo easy.I bought a cheap pork roast in the grocery and cut, some into strips and the others into cubes.I fed it into the outlet and it worked perfectly using the medium plate. The pork pieces came out just like if it was bought in the grocery. The only thing to note is that loading plate on top is a little shaky when the machine is on.I also love that everything packs away in the machine for was storage. My husband and I love it.

I have no mechanical aptitude and no previous experience with an electric Meat Grinder. If I can survive setting this unit up and grinding my first batch of meat, certainly anyone else should find it easy. I read the manual thoroughly before beginning and have a complaint or two. (1) the "Locking Knob," which is a button not a knob, on top of the machine is identified, but there's no description of what it's supposed to lock (or unlock). (2) you are cautioned to make sure the machine is turned off before you plug it in -- the on-off switch sort of wobbles in place until you plug it in; it has no on/off "click". (I plugged it in before I added any meat just to be sure how to turn it on and off before I had a crisis!) (3) There's no clear picture of which way the cutting blade should face -- I finally decided that what looked like the working side of the blade should face the cutting plate (the piece with holes) to do its work and the smoother side should face toward the machine. (4) the drawings would be a great deal more helpful if they were LARGER.Disassembling has its own challenges -- there is ground meat packed firmly around the blade assembly. The manual suggests a screwdriver, but I had to use a sturdy pocketknife to get in the notch and pry the cutting plate loose and then the blade. Knife plus fingertips helped me pull the feed screw out. I found I was unable to turn the "Head Tube" to remove it -- I gambled on a press of the "locking knob" and was then able to turn and remove the tube for cleaning. I assume it engages the lock automatically when powered on.Since I want to use this machine for grinding meat to make Brunswick Stew, I chose a piece of cooked chicken breast for my first experiment. I used the "Coarse" cutting plate (the largest holes) and was well pleased with the fast and smooth action of the grinder and the texture of the result -- a finer grind of the cooked chicken would have been mush. It was a distinct thrill to see ground meat begin to emerge instantly on the first press of the power switch -- success! I suggest you come back to this page once your grinder arrives -- watch the video and look carefully at all the pictures (even how to put all the spare parts back into the storage "accessory box") before your first experiment. Better for the nerves.By the way, the only customer support available is by email to China: support@ultra-appliance.com.Update 2022-10-01 After using this to grind 12 ounces each of cooked chicken, beef, and pork for Brunswick Stew, I dropped my rating to 4 stars. If I put more than a spoonful or so of meat in the feed tube, the grinder would jam. It took nearly an hour to grind all three meats -- I consistently had to reverse the grinder, empty the feed tube, clear the screw, and retry. If you have a large grinding project, you will want a more powerful grinder. For cleanup, I found it easier to unscrew the whole assembly from the machine and then separate the pieces and clear out the remaining meat. I was satisfied with the texture of the stew using the coarse grind, but the process was slow and tedious -- I had to constantly look down the feed tube and be sure the screw was clear before adding another small amount of meat.

So this is my first experience with a meat grinder so I have no basis of comparison. It appears to be well made and simple to use. We tried grinding up various meats for burgers and it worked like a charm. Not sure if we will venture into sausage making, but who knows. Easy to clean and not too big to store. A fun gadget to add to the kitchen at a reasonable price.

Comes with an assortment of accessories. You can make hamburger meat, sausages or anything that needs grinding. The blades are sharp and does a good job. There's a cover on the top that opens for storage of parts and the meat tray seems large enough for home use.One small plastic part was broken but didn't affect its use. It looked like the machine I got was used, with the blue protection plastic they put on chrome having been removed except for one little bit. When you get you meat grinder, I recommend you inspect the parts for breakage and previous use and contact the seller immediately if there's any such problem.4/5 It's a good set for home use, and I do recommend people process their own food rather than buying it processed. For one it will be fresher and for two it will have only what you put in it!

This is a well built mini meat grinder. Been wanting one for awhile so I can mince my own pork or beef for us and the dogs. It makes small portion at a time but it does an ok job. Don't expect the same result as you get from the butcher or meat shop section. If you have high expectation, you will feel disappointed with this one. Like the storage to keep your accessories and it's not that bad with cleanup. Overall, satisfied with this and will be using it often.

I always have my meat cut fresh at the Butchery. To also have minced meat for home, I ordered this meat grinder. So that I can also prepare this independently at home. With this device I am not disappointed. For now, I have to say that the material feels very high quality. This meat grinder has 3 different cutting attachments for coarse, medium, fine. What of course when preparing different dishes this can be made flexible. What is of course also very convenient and helpful is that the device when turning too much by pressing R position, the queue can be rotated in the opposite direction, so that the head is empty and can work normally again. How long the cutting quality lasts, I can not say unfortunately, will determine after longer and Often used. But it is very robust and just does what it should and is also enough for the price.

I purchased this on a recommendation from a veterinarian. I make my dog's food and found that buying whole roasts was less expensive than already ground meat. This is very easy to use and grinds up the meat very quickly. You just have to slice the roast into smaller strips and feed them into the machine. It's easy to assemble, clean and store. I like that it comes with three sizes of grinds. My husband is thinking about grinding his own hamburger.
