This electric pencil sharpener seems to work well so far. It sharpens my pencils fast and it's easy to use. It's fairly portable given that it's small. At the time of my review, it's on sale for $13.99, and I feel like that's a great value.

I had to replace my 30+ year old Mr. Sharpy which is very similar in size to this one. I like the top load feature which enables the pencil to be forced down. This sharpener does a great job at sharpening pencils, but be sure to remove to stop the sharpening. This will go through a full size pencil in about 30 seconds since there isn't an automatic shut off. If you want a blunt tip, you will need to just sharpen for a couple seconds, otherwise the point is as sharp as a pin. Only thing I don't like is that the shaving box isn't a box. It's just a clear door, so when unsnapped, all of the shavings will fall out. Be sure to have the garbage can underneath when removing. I like to use it with battery power as it can be moved anywhere and the power is definitely enough to sharpen the pencil.

This is NOT an electric sharpener as advertised. This is battery operated OR plug into a charger/USB. It works fine but I expected an actual plug to outlet not having to hunt around for a charge cube to sharpen a pencil.

This is a nice basic wireless pencil sharpener. I had to get it for my daughter because while they use pencils in school they do not have pencil sharpeners. This is wireless and is powered via battery. There is a chamber to collect the wood shavings.It will also sharpen a pencil much quicker than the old fashioned hand cranked way. Simply insert your pencil and let it do the rest of the work for you!

This electric pencil sharpener is a lifesaver for anyone who colors or writes a lot. It's so much faster than a manual sharpener, and it gets a nice, sharp point every time. I love that it can be plugged in or run on batteries, so I can use it anywhere. It's also compact and doesn't take up much space on my desk. It works great with both regular and colored pencils, which is a big plus. I've had it for a few months now and haven't had any problems. Definitely worth the money!
