I don't have an overwhelming amount of pruning to do but used it once in October and didn't discharge battery fully. Used it again in April and it worked fine. Put the pruning head on the pole in May and it just started smoking when I switched it on. It was stored in my house the entire time so I have no explanation for the failure. Will try to contact manfacturer and see what happens. It works good but gets an "F" for durability.

I've used this pruner kit for several weekends and I'm pleased with it overall. It's not top-quality, but it works. I find it hard to insert and remove the batteries, but I get good battery life. The pole is also hard to extend, but this may break in with further use. All three components (the pruner, chainsaw, and pole) work great! I'm able to cut any branch that fits in the pruner jaws, and I can sometimes cut thicker branches with multiple cuts. The chainsaw works okay, but I have a full size chainsaw so I don't use the mini-saw that often. Remember to use bar oil on the chainsaw. Overall, I think it's a great value for what you get!

They are not highend products, but fairly good ones. After the second use, the pole triggle didn't work. Instead of returning them, I took apart the pole handle. The black line of triggle attatched with the black line of battery was disconnected(soldered lead was broken),so I fixed it and now working again fine. They could've been better if they made a little tougher.

I have used the product for several days now and really like it. I mean it is not super quality (battery fits tight, extension poll had to be slightly fixed...) but all three products (pruner, chainsaw, and pole) all work great! The pruner cuts thick branches with ease and has a small display to show battery percentage and shows cut counts per session. The chainsaw works better than expected and extension pole fits both pruner and chainsaw. My wife really likes the pruner. Overall, great value for what you get!
