I'm extremely nervous rn. I'm only giving it 4 stars because i want to be fair and because i havnt given THIS one yet. my last one was great and i had hoped it broke because of my ignorance.but my last one stopped charging on me and instead of fixing, what I was told was easy to do,I got lazy. This was 100$ less but same model.So i just bought it and figured I'd fix first one eventually. So I'm waiting still right now for this one to be delivered but I just now opened up battery box on the first one and the whole inside is just a melted, burned up pile of wtf. Completely unfixable. So I proceeded to go to THAT seller page to update my review because I only owned first one for a month and the seller page is completely gone. Think sellers are hawking these out for a big price but they are built completely cheap and break easy so sellers bounce around the end of the time window when they break on people. If this one breaks I'm gona save up and look for something with a better reputation. Its too bad, this is a great idea and tool to save money and get around on.its just built wrong. I only drive i the first one maybe 15-20mins a day and it still burned up on me.If you see this before you purchase and still decide to buy it just open up battery box first under foot deck and check it out.maybe add your own stuff to make it more durable? Idk but goodluck.if I were you I would probably save up a little bit more and get something known to have a longer shelf lifePictures are from before and after showing the candle wax used to attach/hold wiring by the manufacturer. That I cut out and replaced with electric tape.. the red and black wires are the wires that were burnt and caused the battery to fail at charging. Open yours and replace wax with electric tape BEFORE your issue happens because it's set-up to happen about a month or two after purchaseUpdate: I'm leaving 4 stars. Havnt tried it yet but I'm giving 4 because this one doesn't have globs of candle wax holding wires together like last one (as seen in 3rd pic). BUT there's a random "loose" wire just unplugged and bouncing around freely (4th pic) hope it's not important...Update#2: omg I thought it was inoperable. I took the whole thing apart and had to dig through Reddit posts to finally realize it's a kick-start throttle.i think it should be advertised as "Kick-start E-Scooter" lol seems alot of people online are having similar brain fart.Well my rating is back up to 4 but still worried about random wire hanging out. I canceled my return aswell.

Dual braking system (disc brake + electronic brake) is responsive and smooth braking on rainy and slippery roads. Front and rear LED lights + brake tail light are highly recognizable when riding at night.

After using this scooter approximately 15 times it no longer turns on. My son loved the scooter and it is unfortunate that it no longer works. I looked at the troubleshooting options and none of the options address this issue. Does anyone know if there is a customer service number I can contact?

The riding experience is even better, with a smooth start, rapid acceleration response, sensitive and reliable brakes, and a full sense of security. The range is quite powerful, daily commuting, around the play all rely on it, really is a great choice for convenient travel!

I recently purchased this electric scooter from Amazon and it is truly amazing! It has a simple and stylish appearance, riding on the road turnover rate is super high. It's also very powerful, climbs hills easily without stress and has a great range!
