Ordered this excellent weed eater kit from Amazon, arrived in a very nice package. Out of the box I received the weed eater, all the essentials, tools, even the gloves, a metal disc cutter knife, two battery and a user manual. Unfortunately I didn't get the wheels, they are even posted on the user manual, but no wheels out of the box. Batteries are 24 Volts and they charge up and last long time. Power bricks connects straight to the batteries there is no separate battery charging dock needed. I purchased this for my wife, so she use it around her garden, it's much smaller than my Ryobi weed eater, however felt like very powerful. She just needs to be careful with that knife disc. At the end of the day this is a useful weed eater. I gave four stars for missing wheels, my wife really wanted to have them. I recommend this weed eater.
