1. Short press the lock button, the "small lock" icon appears on the screen, press the count button to stop counting; short press the unlock button again, the screen "small lock" icon disappears and unlocks (or the number of keystrokes more than 10 times within 60 seconds to unlock)
2. Data protection This counter has a power-down data protection function, and the data will not be lost.

The counting button stopped working after awhile. All other buttons work still except the main counting button. Had to throw away. Sad because I really liked it.
