Love that is glass. Easy to use and clean. I just wish the glass part was a little higher as I have to put water in it several times for the mug that I use . Bottom line- I enjoy the coffee it makes and I am glad that I bought it.

Makes a great cup of coffee in a couple of minutes. Light and easy to clean compared to the ceramic version. It doesn't take space and doesn't pollute the environment with tiny plastic cups.

I got a used one. Has coffee stains in it, and it even smells like coffee. This is literally disgusting and it was supposed to be a gift for a party I’m attending tomorrow and now I can’t get one in time

Pretty, and that’s about it. Had to buy a box of size 1 filters and only used it 3 times before the hot water cracked the glass.
