The best part of this piece is the width of the flange. No matter how shaky you are when cutting the sheetrock, this panel will hide the mess and make it look sharp! It should slide in and out without much resistance as it can deform easily if shoved into the wall/ceiling. The adhesive will do its job of keeping it secure.

Was a nice item but way too big for the area I needed it for and was very heavy. I wound up ordering a smaller and lighter door.

This was a great find at a very good price. I easily replaced the janky sheetrock access door that the last homeowner cut in the wall to gain access under the house. That old sheetrock door has bugged me since buying this place and I’m glad it’s gone. This metal access door came to me quicker than expected and was in perfect condition. It’s a nice, heavy gauge metal and I’m very happy with it

The metal door arrived bent and couldn't open. I beat the hell out of it with a hammer and it works, just looks like it was beat with a hammer.I blame the ups man but he's also the one that brings me my drugs so can't stay mad at him.
