Straightforward installation for a bidet. I'm in the midst of doing two bathroom remodels and wanted to accommodate a bidet in each. I recently added an outlet near the water supply line in each of my bathrooms to help the installation process and overall fit and finish.I'm pleased on all the options and features this bidet has over some other brands I've seen such as the heated seat, heated water, and night light. I installed this in my guest bathroom and wish I had put it in my master bath!

Got this and installed for my parents. They absolutely love it. The install took me a total of about an hour - which included running a new electric line from the breaker box (easy because the box was directly below the bathroom in the basement). The only thing was the T water connection did not fit the standard 3/8" toilet valve so I had to run out to get it from the hardware store. I wish they had more fittings to adapt to different water supplies found in various homes and not just one connection. Other than that, the installation was pretty straightforward and easy to understand. The water jet works great - you can select the "massaging" function which cleans much better than a stationary spray.

My wife was really looking for a warm bidet. We've been using some unpowered ones, and I don't mind the cold water (honestly, you can't really feel it) but my wife feels differently. Of course, you can spend up to $1000-2000 on a super fancy bidet. We weren't looking for that level, but we did want something full-featured. It needed to have heated seats, heated water, and a wand that can be aimed (moved). This fit all those criteria, with the bonus of an air dryer. It's very full-featured and a bargain for what you get. We've been using it a couple of months now, and it still works great.Installation was a bit tricky; the manual shows some adapters that didn't work on our toilet (and I'm pretty sure we have standard US toilet hardware). There was an extra packet of adapters in the box that weren't mentioned in the manual. The one we needed was in there, but it was screwed into another piece, so it wasn't obvious at first. This is the 4th bidet I've put on, so I was able to figure things out, but if this is your first time messing with your toilet hardware, it might be very confusing. You might need to watch a video or something. Once it was installed, though, everything was great. Also, as with any powered seat, you'll need access to a power outlet, so be mindful. We had to run an extension cord behind our vanity.Overall, it works great and is a great value. Just maybe not for beginners.

So we were excited to use this on new bath install on a rental property gut rehab. We were hesitant to purchase costly smart toilet and thought this would be a reasonable upgrade at a fraction of the price. The good...* It can be installed DIY if you're handy enough to remove the old seat and the included fitting worked on our build. It comes with both 1/2 and 3/8 "T" fittings.* The seat warmer is a nice option* The nightlight option is also great* remote control functions great and is responsiveThe bad...* Electric outlet is needed close by* The water pressure is not consistent* The remote control is not backlit* The lid does not open / close automatically* The plug is not in the best position and would benefit from better placement at the back of the seat.* Although this fit our standard Kohler toilet, this may not fit longer bowl toilets so double check the fit prior to purchasing.Overall, although this is definitely an upgrade over a conventional toilet, having a top of the line Woodbridge smart toilet this is a bit lacking especially for the hefty price tag.

I really would like to give this 3.5 stars. At first, I just couldn't find it in my heart to round up to 4, but I dealt with customer service a little, and that was enough to round up. But just barely! Here are the reasons, but I'll list positives first.Pros:1. Seems to work as advertised.2. Very warm, if you want it to be.3. Water flow is not insanely good, but totally adequate for the job.4. Installation is relatively easy once you figure it out for yourself.5. Controls are reasonably easy to understand, with quite a few functions for something at this low-ish price point.6. Customer service is very prompt and very polite. Although I solved my problem within a matter of minutes on my own before I interacted with customer service, I appreciated the interaction. That alone took it from 3 stars to 4 for me.Cons:1. Instructions suck. The so-called "t-filter" as assembled doesn't fit all toilets, so they include another smaller one (which fits my toilet), with absolutely no instructions to tell you what to do with it. I realized, after leaving a pissed-off question, that ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS TURN THE CONNECTOR AROUND INTO A DIFFERENT ORIENTATION to be able to re-utilize the plastic "quick connector". I tried to remove my question, once I discovered that, but I couldn't even find it anywhere. Anyway, if you have the size connectors I do, there are two small connections which you need for your toilet and the large connection is for the plastic connector (and probably points straight up in this new orientation). But this could have EASILY been cleared up with non crap instructions! There are other parts of the instructions that are vague as well, but with a little common sense, you can get the thing set up.2. While the entire apparatus is indeed the size of an elongated toilet seat, once you open it up, you realize that the bidet portion takes up the back quarter or so of the toilet opening, so you're actually left with a seat that's approximately the size of a normal round toilet seat. As a large, but not huge person, I don't particularly like round toilet seats. So I'm kind of bummed that, to utilize this, I've had to downgrade one of my toilets to the size of a round opening. Will see if the benefits of this thing outweigh the sacrifice. At the moment, I'm still on the fence.3. Quite power hungry, with a really good swig of the ol' electricity sucked up when this thing initiates a function. Make sure you're adequately set up for that.Summary:Overall, I think this is an adequate bidet. I'm surprised how well it works, actually. I haven't used one before this one, so I don't really have anything to compare it to. Nevertheless, this one seems to do what it says it supposed to do - and do that reasonably well. If the installation instructions had been clearer and the messaging around how much of the toilet seat size it takes up had been more transparent, I definitely would be willing to scooch this up to 4 stars, easily.
