This seat is a direct replacement for the 2011 JD2520. It’s actually better built than the original seat.

This seat replaced the worn one on our John Deere 2520. Perfect fit! Just had to switch out the seat switch. Super easy to do! Seller's customer service was superb! We had a delivery issue and they contacted ups for us and got it all resolved.

The company for this product EParts, Inc. are the best. I ordered this seat to replace the seat on my 2007 JD 2305 lawn tractor. They say exact fit and they mean it. I ordered this item on Amazon on April 24th. Expected delivery was May 2nd. I got it in 2 days, April 26th. Usually When someone claims "perfect fit" it normally means will fit with a little trouble here or there. This part was installed in under 10 minutes with no tools. Pull the hinge pin, pull the old seat off set the new seat and put the pin back in...DONE.
