Gun cabinets has an alarm function and a vibration alarm. After 3 times incorrect passwords or 6 times wrong fingerprint are entered will trigger the alarm which means that someone is trying to break into the gun cabinet. Shaking or unlocking violent will trigger the alarm when the vibration alarm is activated. The mute function allows the firearm safe to be unlocked without alerting anyone.

Solid gun safe without weighing 800 lbs. Mounted mine with 5" lag screws into wall studs to prevent carrying it away. Like the electronic locking mechanism too. Great safe for the money!

Both this safe a few months ago, went through the trouble of getting it all figured out and programmed only to discover a few months later that the fingerprint scanner is defective. Any given fingerprint opens the safe, even my kids. No point of having a gun safe full of my rifles if I still need to have these rifles locked up. The safe will now have a place in the junk yard.. will try to get a few cents for the thin paper like material it is composed of. STAY AWAY

I was very impressed just how well-packaged this gun safe was when I opened it. They even use metal corner brackets to keep the corners of the safe from getting damaged in shipment. The user's manual is a little hard to follow, but the lock mechanism works like a charm. The code works easily and the fingerprints work reliably and quickly. I have owned a more expensive biometric gun safe (2-5 guns) that I replaced with this one (7-8 guns), and this one reads fingerprints more reliably and unlocks faster than its more expensive cousin. I would definitely recommend this gun safe.

Right out the box it's ready to go. Easy to set up pass code and finger prints. Light isn't so bright but than again you'd probably not want that. Has good space for 4 of my main firearms and 3 pistols. Also the shelf is nice for quick mag storage.

I bought this to keep my firearms secured against accidental access by family. This case doesn't seem to be very theft proof. The walls aren't reinforced, and can be cut through without too much trouble.The case MUST be mounted with the included hardware, as the door is the heaviest part and it will fall over if you open it. The Safe is VERY lightweight, so mounting it to a solid object is the only way to avoid the whole thing being carried off.The biometric lock works flawlessly, the keys work flawlessly, and the code input was easy to set up and works perfectly.This ISN'T a big name ultra secure safe, and it's not meant to be. Just be aware of it's shortcomings, and plan ahead. It works for what I needed it for flawlessly.

I recently purchased this gun safe and am very pleased with it. It’s incredibly sturdy, the electronic lock system is both secure and efficient, and the internal layout is practical for organizing my firearms and ammunition. The fire protection feature gives me great peace of mind. Although it’s a bit pricey, the security and quality make it well worth the investment. Highly recommended!

I did a lot of web browsing for a safe to store my firearms, but didn't want to spend a fortune. After several considerations, I found this one. I liked it has the 3 ways of entry with the key, finger print and code. I I also like it came fully assembled. The finger prints and code access was easy to configure too. The alarm works as advertised too. Great features.The door is solid and with the security bars on both sides, which I liked, and heavy/solid. (in a good way) The only drawback on this is the safe needs to be secured to the wall or else the heaviness of the door pulls it forward when opened.Delivery was great and arrived 4 days earlier than expected.So far, I am very pleased with this safe and suggest you consider it to keep your firearms secure.

Absolutely love this product. The size is great. Pockets on inside of door are awesome. However, there is a major security issue that is of major concern. My 12 year old son wanted to see how the fingerprint reader worked so he put his finger on the reader. IT OPENED!!! I locked it, let it sit for a few seconds and the next time he tried it it errored. I waited a couple minutes and to my disappointment he was able to open it again. This cycle happened 2 more times. The next day I had him test it several times and it has not opened. I will update as I test further. I may end up removing all stored prints and just use the key or code. Very concerning. Also, not a major issue since I'll be screwing it into the wall but it is very front heavy and tips when the door is open.
