2nd piece of junk they sent that don't work correctly. Seems like they send items that were returned and they are not new. Never had issues with this product bought from other places.

Buttons are not easy to use,does not except all uses. In fact it rarely works well . You have skips in songs being recorded.

Honestly, I was concerned at the order time reading all the reviews, but I order it.I am super-happy with this product, recording several hours at once without any issue.I would recommend to producer to upgrade the front panel with a VU-meter or other instrument for controlling the sound level.

THIS IS THE 3RD UNIT - i ordered because it seemed unbelievable that the unit did nothing it said. All 3 Identical. WWILL NOT PLAY A LONG MP3. at 29:45 is starts squelching loudly and before 36:00 stops completely. So much for playing and recording long sets. Could not get any of the units to record anything. There is a huge factory flaw in this batch. I tried everything. The controls are very simple and self explanatory. And these are the best controls Ive seen on a unit - EXCEPT IT DOESNT WORK. Ive tried everything every size usb stick from 4gb to 32 gb - all different tracks - same thing - only plays 36:00 minutes - does not record. I reached out to audio watts - store OUT OF BUSINESS - answers through amazon - wanted phone number for enb to get help from their customer support. They gave me a phone number for answer NBI - and never has returned a call - probly cause wrong company, Cannot get a repeat reply to verify the phone number for ENB customer Support. This is last one. will try TECHPRO Studio One Next - but already dont like their layout. But if this unit doesnt work - whats the point - a BIG DISAPPOINTED SHAME. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

First of all this is a no frills recorder there is no way to do anything to your recordings other than adjust the volume of input and playback. The buttons can be buggy and need pressed quick and hard not held. Upon booting up I have had the sound be very quiet like the auto gain inside the unit isn't on, restart fixes this. The sound through the headphones has problems on my unit there is interference and other sounds so it isn't good as an extra line out for audio playback. The recordings do not suffer from this problem however and sound great recorded at 128MP3. Sometimes the buttons don't respond and the unit takes a few seconds sometimes up to 10 secs to set up. Finally it only accepts 4gb and under SD cards and no SDHC. The usb stick seems to handle any size. This isn't perfect but it is better than the Gemini recorder. Does the job with a little patience.
