The EMG quick connect system makes swapping out pickups easy. As long as you're swapping out for other EMG passive pickups, and there's only 2 or 3 types to choose from.Also, this set does not include the quick connect pickups selector switch. You can use your existing switch, so don't cut off your leads, or you're going to spend some time resoldering them. Just seems silly to have to spend another $30 for the switch when you're already gutting all of your electronics.All in all, if you want to swap your EMG passive pickups in minutes, this is your ticket.

Simple to use. All the directions are there for different setups. If installing with an EMG and a non-EMG, all that's needed is to solder the EMG wiring to the other pup leads, then plug the wiring into the pot.

EMG products are just the best, and these wiring kits are no exception. Easy to install, wire, and transform your guitar. Used with tele switch and SRO passive pickups to totally change an Ibanez RG 120. It’s like I bought a new gutar!

This set up is as about as easy as it gets for breathing new life into your favorite guitar or making a crap guitar better. Liked it so much I got 2 more just to have around for the next EMG conversion.
