I've been trying to find LED penlights that wont accidentally turn on (because all the other LED models have push buttons on top which I always end up turning on by accident and killing the battery) and this one fits the bill. They are the perfect brightness and all came working and bright. Best price and quality for LED penlights.

They are delightfully bright but not so bright that you loose the dilation phase when checking pupils. Also really useful when trying to insert foley catheters in female patients. Plus side, they are cheap enough to not worry about replacing in isolation rooms.

Lights seem adequate for the intended purpose. They are bright and sensitive eyes are not going to like too much exposure.

I received this used light pen from my brother who is physician. Not sure how long he used it. I used it during nursing school and continued to use it as needed for work. It has lasted for about 10 years. I recently left it at my old job. I was excited to purchase this set from Amazon. I am amazed that a disposable pen light would last this long.

These arrived quickly however only 2 of them are bright, the other two are dim. I'm not sure if the battery contact is poor or if i just got a bad battery. Either way, its a good deal and now I have a stockpile. Easy decision, if you need this, this is the best deal. Pupil gauge on the side is useful in my neuro checks. The other thing I like is that these are bright xeon lights that really cause rapid and easy-to-see pupil changes rather than normal lights.
