Bolted on no problems to older 1” horn bell. Sounded fine. Though they are a tad under powered at 80 watts being Eminence I trust they’ll handle what’s being put through them.

I didn't get to use these. I needed the screw on drivers. Had to return them, but the B version is dynamic and does exactly what I need.

So far so good. Eminence quality. Should have bought the post style one but that was my fault. Cut clips on write and use with the clips on this guy and eureka.. perfect replacement for peavey one and i think much better sound

Used this to replace several HF drivers in my fleet of Technomad all-weather loudspeakers. Much more impressive than the OEM HF driver. Better design, bigger magnet, better sound. Simply clipped the speaker wires, noting the polarity, and unscrewed the old drivers. Then I soldered on a pigtail of speaker cable and screwed in the Eminence unit. Used wire nuts to connect the pigtail to the cable coming from the Technomad crossover, and it was done. Played all kinds of music through it, and it sounded strong on all of them. I'll use the Eminence HF Driver as the OEM units continue to fail. Sure beats the heck out of buying all new Paris or Vienna units from Technomad.

Fantastic HF drivers. I use these with my custom designed hi-fi gear and they provide very clear and nice treble. Not the least bit harsh and a massive upgrade from any piezo transducers.These probably aren't as flat as hi-fi tweeter. I use 3.5k crossovers with them, and when paired with an Eminance beta 12A and a 2-way crossover there's little need for a mid-driver. You will probably need to EQ the assembly to get flat response tho, bringing down the upper mids a bit, boosting the lows and extreme highs. I found these provide a little less response than I was expecting so my EQ curve puts the highs about 5-10 dB above the mids. I expect going to a Eminance Delta woofer would make more sense but as long as you have a good EQ you can get a very flat curve from these, lock it in and never think about it again.

bought these for my JBL EON 15 speakers, they fit right in and sounded good at first but now they still sound distorted, crackling...I cant play the speakers the way they sound now, maybe the output of the EON 15s are more than 50 watts, but these didn't last long in my JBLs....for the reader's info, my speakers are the original EON 15s not G2s....bought them in 2000 from guitar Center.
