We received the logs & 1 was broken, we kept it & it works fine even with the broken log.

The only thing I didn't like about the gas logs was that the Control Knob used to turn the gas logs to light the pilot or turn up, or down the burners... is located at the center - on the front - of the fireplace grates... so when you look at it... it's obvious that it's just gas logs and not a real fire. The flames look great, the logs look great therefore you don't notice it much. However, they could have done a better job of locating the knob. other than that I like them.

Should have done this along time ago! They were just what we wanted. Couldn't be happier without gas fire logs.
