These 4 oz candle tins are well-made, lightweight, and durable. I originally got them to test for laser engraving, and they take the engraving really well, giving a clean and professional look. The tinplate material holds up nicely, and the smooth surface makes them easy to work with. While they’re designed for candle-making, they’re also great for small storage or even decorative projects. A solid choice if you need versatile, good-quality tins for crafting!

There is so much to love about these tins! Someone I used for candle making and they came out beautiful. Just the right size for making personalized party favors and they came out looking high-end when I put printed labels on them. I had no problems with any of the lids not fitting. I went with the 4 ounce tins Since this was my first time candlemaking so if it didn’t work out, I didn’t wanna have a lot of waste, but thankfully that didn’t happen. I had several tins left over which work perfectly in my craft room. I printed labels to put on them for all the various little things that I need while making my miniatures. I’m always knocking things around or dropping them so I don’t have to worry about breaking anything glass or having anything fall out because I used a cork lid. The lids are tight without being too tight so in the process of my messy creating nothing gets lost or destroyed now. This is a really good value given the number of tins received. Not a single one had any type of dent or scratch or damage. I highly recommend

Very nice. Just as pictured. FYI. I put 7 ounces of wax (weight includes fragrance oil) and the Lids don’t fit. It’s too full. Lid goes into the wax

I love the appearance. Using them as gift boxes and I’m sure it will impress. My only complaint is some that some of the lids fit loose and some very tight. Not a big deal for my use, but worth noting.

My daughter and I are taking up candle making as a hobby and way for her to earn a few dollars. I'll probably spend far more than she makes, but it'll be a fun project and memory. In starting up, we were looking for 'what' to put our candles in, when we had the opportunity to try these jars/tins from Arxinor. This review is for the black tins, which have a somewhat textured/grainy matte finish. This arrived with 24 individually wrapped 8oz tins, which each hold probably 6oz of wax (if you intend to put the lid back on). I'm glad we got the 8oz tins, as the 4oz tins would be tiny! The lids are a bit misleading if you don't look carefully. I thought they were going to be wood and was actually thinking of ways to dress them up, but they are actually tin, as well! They are just painted to look like wood, which is unique. The tins are very lightweight, and since they are individually wrapped, it provides you with a wrapper you can re-use after you've created your candle. As additional 'features', each tin has 3 little bumps on the bottom that serve as raised legs. There are also 3 indentations that show up on the inside, which really helps in centering your wick.Comparatively, these are very affordable and well-priced, and the lids make them somewhat unique. You can really dress these up if you sell candles! For us, as starters, they are perfect! And certainly, if you need them for some other purpose (such as a gift jar), they would be good for that as well! Highly recommended!
