Installed a video doorbell and the chime no longer worked. Replaced our original doorbell transformer with this one and our chime is functioning once more.

This was easy to install. I got busy at work and didn't test the transformer right away. The low power side was at 11.6 not 16+/-. It didn't work for me. I waited too long to return by 10 days. This was my fault.

We recently installed a Wyze Doorbell V2 and even though Wyze claims that it works with door bell chimes that use 16V 10VA transformers, the chime didn’t ring after installing Wyze Doorbell Chime Controller. It appears that there is insufficient amperage to power the Wyze Camera Doorbell and the mechanical chime. We replaced the original transformer with this 16V 30VA transformer and now chime works.
