Having the charger built in and only needing access to a USB-C cable makes everything so simple. I haven't had an issue with battery life, but I don't use my camera as much as I'd like to. I will say it's had power literally anytime I've pulled it out of the bag. Compared to the original canon batteries, this is a huge value.

I accidentally ordered the wrong batteries (completely user error) but I can say these look like they are great quality and charged very well! Would definitely recommend checking out the other reviews as I was unable to test it, but from my experience, it’s a great buy for the quality you get. Try it out!

If you have quite a few usb c connections around great! If you have multiple batteries ( like what came with the camera ) it’s kind of a pain. You will need multiple adapters. Otherwise works well.

I got these for my Canon M50 to have spare batteries when I’m out shooting and these are great because you plug right into the verses needed a charging dock or base that can be bulky. I’ve use the batteries a couple of times and so far they’ve had good battery life and the camera displays and accurate battery level on the camera. They work just like my authentic Canon ones with comparable usage. These are a great back up.

Convenience in charging is the key. USB-C charging directly without a separate charger is so convenient. I wish we have these options for more and more cameras. In that sense I want to encourage these products and sellers.One can't expect to be exactly like OEM but a nice alternative. The size is probably 1mm different than the OEM. Not an issue now but something I noticed and shared with the seller.The seller cares about their product and was very responsive when I provided feedback.Hope this helps.

I was looking for a decent replacement battery for my aging ones, the last non-OEM battery I bought had pretty poor life so I only use it as an emergency backup. These seem to fit the bill perfectly, and I don't have to charge them one at a time in the OEM Canon charger...these charge via USB C so I can charge them anywhere easily.So far these charged right up, I left them overnight plugged into my computer and the little LED next to the plug went from red to green on both by morning. I dropped the first one in my camera and it is a slightly snugger fit than the original battery but it fits just fine. So far it works great, I haven't taken a ton of photos but it has lasted me through an afternoon of casual photography without any problem. I only took around 50 shots, so not an exhaustive test but the battery was still near full. The second battery is now in my camera for the next time I take it out.
