Wrap A Cord Around The Cross Bar
If you hear a slight humming noise from roof cross bars then wrap some black paracord diagonal around the crossbars.This faint noise is from any cross bars,not specific to these cross bars,its just happens sometimes with cars when the wind goes go over the cross bars.
Quiet Down Your Roof Racks
It's the same concept, if you have a car antenna you will see a slight cord style wrapping around the car antenna which disrupts air flow to eliminate noise.

Be aware the rails that mount to car are solid and fit down snugly (like stock ones.) It's unusual compared to almost all other similar vehicles which will mount front and rear and are elevated so one can slide straps underneath. Straps with these can only go around the cross bars.Only remedy is to cut slots in the in the rails. I bought a cargo basket instead. Keeps stuff off the paint also.

I was sent a used roof rack by SNIXWOO, when purchased direct from them shipped through Amazon as a new unit. Attached are photos of the obvious use of this prior to and during my installation. While this feels like a fantastic unit and I'm very happy with the quality I paid for a new unit. There was scratching everywhere at install points such as where you would insert a tool to pull out the plastic pieces that go in to cover up the holes for install, there were no instructions for the side rails just the cross bars and those were ripped up, there were scratches and indentation under the cross bar mounts where the screws for the cross bars had already been tightened, the foam was already partially installed on the metal pieces you mount the side rails too with some of the foam missing entirely or ripped off, one of the side rails was warped from poor removal from another vehicle, there was rust on the included tools, the box was beat to hell, this is not cool. I have to use this because I leave for a trip across the country Wednesday but this is unacceptable and I expect an answer to it.

Installation was a little tedious, I was able to complete in about 2 hours. The bars and rails provided in this kit feel very well built, the hardware could be better but it definitely does the job. Once everything is installed, the whole assembly is very solid and fits against the body well. Be careful and go slow with install. I am planning to put an enclosed roof container, I will update the review with how that goes.

The only problem so far is that the cross bars didn’t fit properly on my 2017 Crv. I have a gap between the rail and one of the cross bar fasteners. Definitely not ideal.

I'm very impressed by these roof racks for our CX-9. They are identical to the ones from our dealer at half the price. Shipping was very quick considing they came from overseas. Installation was about 1 hour. Instructions were perfect and actually had a Mazda tech check off list to present to a customer.I'm very impressed with the quality as well.

Wasn’t really sure how hard this would be to setup. The good news is that it’s not terribly hard, but just a bit finicky to make sure everything is lined up. Once you get the hang of it, it was pretty painless.Maybe took an hour to get both the side rails AND cross bars installed. This seems great quality. It super sturdy and doesn’t shift around whatsoever. Attached a roof cargo bag to it, and it worked like a charm.

The overall quality of this roof rack is amazing. Hardware is all appropriate and the color matched caps are awesome. It fit my wife's 2024 cx-5 perfectly and directions were easy to follow. The cross bars were a pita to get on/together until I realized I had a wratchet set with correct Allen size. My only disappointment are the cross bars being fairly low and not high enough to raise whatever is being hauled above the antenna.

Way nicer than expected. I am generally not the type to buy knock-off brands of this sort of thing, I'd rather buy quality and have it last, but I needed a rack quickly and this was the only option. I'm very impressed with the quality for the price.I have worked in both the automotive and outdoor industries, and have installed many racks for customers from both the big name rack brands, and big name auto brands. Is this rack just as good as the high end stuff? No. The fit and finish is not perfect, but it's 90-95% as good, for 25% the price. Everything went together smoothly, and the hardware all seemed to be reasonably good quality. All important pieces are nice solid metal, and the cross bars appear to be anodized not painted which was a surprise.We will see how they hold up over time but all in all, I'm definitely more than impressed considering the price.

The cross bars and roof rails fit perfectly on my 2020 Mazda CX9. The roof rails were not labelled in English but I was able to translate the label with Google translate using the camera feature. It took me about 2 hours but could do it in about 45 minutes if I had to do it again. They seem to be good quality and there were no concerns with the paint, all parts were individually wrapped. It came well packaged and all parts were there.
