I use this ice crystal balls in my vacuum to give my house a nice smell. These don't smell like regular moth balls they have a nice fragrance that to me smells clean and fresh.

The Moth crystals are being used to keep the pigeons off my terrace. Though they desolve rather quickly when exposed to the air, I alternate between the crystals and regular moth balls. So far, so good as long as I added them often.
