About two or three weeks after installation while, my truck did not start after sitting for 3 days. The battery had been replaced about six months ago so I wasn't sure why, thought I possibly left something on.This happened multiple more times over the next month on weekends when the truck was inactive. After much thought, the only thing I had changed electrically was the brake controller. I have since removed this and let it sit multiple weekends and the problem is gone.This controller was obviously causing some sort of parasitic drain.I certainly would not recommend this and suggest just spending the additional money for the OEM unit. In the long run it will save you in time and aggravation.The biggest problem is before you figure this out your return window for this will be closed.

Brake controller stopped working 2 days after the return window closed, it appears too have short circuited.

Put in 2018 f350. Does its job. My only complaint is when adjusting the number fly by so fast so you have to just tap and see where your at fast before they go away. Can't beat the price point though

This is a great product. It is OEM. very easy to install. It only took about 10 minutes. The only down side is that I have a 2020 F250 and the default for the electronics is turned off so you need to take it to a mechanic to have it reprogrammed.

Worked for 1 day. It was $100 than had to pay to have the computer flashed at the dealer. Stopped working after 1 day and had to buy the dealers $239 . Also had to buy a cord to try to flash the computer myself. Just bye the one from the dealer because now I'm out $139
