This heater is really great. I added an enclosed work from home office in my garage, about 7'x7' so 50sf, where there was no heat for it. I live in Oregon so it gets colder in the winter and this thing has done well so far. It takes awhile to get heated up so be prepared to sit in cold if you don't turn it on early. The room would get down to about 50-55 degrees by the morning (pending how cold the night was) so I hooked it up to a smart plug (only $7 on Amazon) that allows me to program it to automatically kick on at 4am. By the time I get in the office at 7:30-8am it is already 62-65 degrees. It hits my desired 68 degrees before 10am and then I will turn it off/on as needed until my work day is done.Overall, this is a 5 star heater if you understand how to use it and plan accordingly. I love how low the wattage is so although I'm running it for 6+ hours it barely increases my electric bill. This thing is quieter than a mouse, I hear no noise at all when working. I'm not sure how it would perform in a larger room but it's perfect for my 50sf office.

I was so excited to try these heaters. We have an older home and have used 1500 watt electric space heaters for years, no problem heating rooms. I kept seeing the Envi heater ads on social media, making these look incredible, very safe, efficient and could even help to lower our electric bill. I went all in and purchased three, two of the 500 watt for two approximately 10 x 10 upstairs bedrooms, and one 1000 watt for an approximately 12x 12 downstairs bedroom. Installation was pretty easy, I installed them when our outside temperature was in the forties. One upstairs bedroom seemed to heat the room well, the other, not so much. I kept turning the thermostat on the heater up and up and still couldn’t get the room above 67 degrees. The downstairs bedroom was even worse. I reached out to Envi customer service, thinking the 1000 watt should easily be able to heat our bedroom on a forty some degree day. I figured we had a defective heater and would exchange it. Customer service was a joke, no troubleshooting or anything, just told me that the heater would not work for our space and that we must not have enough insulation. Huh? That was based off of no questions asked by support, so it seems they don’t have much faith in their products working. No help with a return or anything, luckily I purchased through Amazon. This morning is our first truly cold day, outside temperature in the twenties. The heater that seemed to be working well upstairs is struggling, thermostat set the highest, but room temperature is 63 this morning. Second bedroom temperature is 53, that heater is also set to the highest. I just went out to our garage to get our old space heaters. Returning all three Envi heaters. What a joke.

This is an awesome heater for a bathroom or small space. Easy to install. Safe. No moving parts. Heats surprisingly quickly, Energy efficient. Takes up little valuable space. My only wish is that there was a better range of settings on the built-in thermostat (ie an option to make it a bit less warm - lowest setting is a bit warmer than we really need). Perhaps in a larger space that would be less of an issue (we have it in a very small tiny house bathroom)

Very nice unit. Meets expectations. Seems well built. Packaging was good quality and I liked the template as part of the packaging. Produces a nice quiet heat. Didn't smell bad for more than a few minutes.

We purchased this wall heater for our 10' x 15' Boot Room. It came quickly, packaged well with great instructions (I did find the tutorial of installing helpful for those handy "tips")We were going to hardwire it in, but then chose to use the simple plug in - really liked that the "extra cord" can be tucked inside the unit leaving a clean look. The install itself was simple for one person (thanks to the handy template!).It looks great on the wall, is cool to the touch and whisper quiet!I like the added confidence that if it is somehow comes off the wall it will automatically shut off.Worth the purchase!

Overall pleased with this purchase and product. Shipping and packaging were excellent, and the installation instructions and template are sufficient but could be better designed. I found the drywall mounting hardware flimsy and insufficient, so I upgraded to more robust hardware. The modern and clean look is great as the heater blends in and being that it is entirely silent it is both efficient and unobtrusive. In terms of performance, the heater works great as a supplemental heater. We use it in a sunken living room that is on a concert slab and tends to be cooler than the rest of our home. In this application, the heater is effective in raising the temperature by 2-4 degrees. We do not run it all the time, only when we are using the space. It has proven to be more efficient than a traditional electrical heater with a fan.
