When installing, put a small drop of dawn soap on the top loop and it’ll slide right in with little effort. This is the second set I installed on both bows and it works every time

Being relatively new to archery (having used a crossbow for a long time) I am glad I purchased these finger savers. You don't notice it the first few times you fire the bow, but after 30-45 minutes of practicing, you can feel how raw your fingertips are becoming from the bow string. These made a huge difference and totally worth it. Would definitely buy them again. They're also great for ensuring you get a consistent draw location on the string, which helps with learning to aim and getting consistent results on your target. Huge benefit, but not why I purchased them -- but again very glad that I did!

I'll admit I was skeptical when I bought it because the string on my bow is fairly thick but the whole process worked like a charm using the provided tool. Definitely needed to put a strong effort in to get it past the loop but from there on it was smooth for both pieces. Just what I needed.

Archery gloves are always too big for me. This worked perfectly to keep the string from digging into my fingers. It does require a decent amount of work to get the rubber over the string, but well worth it! My suggestion is have a pair of plyers ready to help grip the threader. Work the rubber from end to end in sections beginning with the bottom, then middle, then top. It will stretch and move like a caterpillar. Hope that helps!

My grandson had trouble using gloves and pad but the on string finger savors were easy to put on and great to use. The two rubber parts when put close together they help hold the arrow in place.

The title says it all. Here in the pic is the broken pin that was supposed to "help" string the finger pad on, but also messed up my bowstring. I had to use a folded rag and vise grips to hold the end of the pin to try to get the pad scooched down the string. When I scooched it, it pulled the horizontal bands of string down off the top area before the loop. The pin also messed up the string on the loop. I tried to fix it but it doesn't look the same, and it doesn't feel the same after restringing. What a mess. Now I have to make a bunch of adjustments a few days before an archery tournament. I looked up other name brand installation videos and they were not this difficult. It's like the hole in the rubber is slightly too small. I will never buy this one again and I will never recommend this. I literally cannot wait for this pad to break so I can get a better one.

This thing is super comfortable and works really well! Getting it on was a massive pain in the rump though, and required me to wear gloves that's how hard I was yanking on it to get it over the string. The special tool definitely helped, without it it would have been impossible.
