It’s very light and plays like a Rickenbacker- like butter. Very comfortable, and sounds great.

I love this bass. It's incredibly easy to play. People say it feels like a short scale. That's an exaggeration, but it is way easier to play than, say, a P-bass. The neck is fantastic--easy to play for me, who is used to playing guitars. The fit and finish was perfect. No sharp frets or anything like that. I threw some Ernie Ball super slinky flats on it and it just sings. Great feel, great tone. Especially sounds good and growly with a pick. If you're looking for something that's not a P or a J bass, this thing is a great deal at $399.
