MINI-WING COMFORT: Evolved “mini-wing” design reduces or eliminates hand pain, numb fingers, sore wrists and arm pump while supporting the hand and wrist in an ergonomically ideal position.
ERGONOMIC SHAPE: Specific grip zones match the contours of the hand for increased trail feedback, control and comfort when riding rough terrain and extended downhills.
TAPERED INNER CORE: The inner-core structure is tapered to increase damping and comfort towards the outer grip area relieving the ulnar nerve area.
INBOARD ALUMINUM CLAMP: Allows the grip angle to be adjusted for a custom fit. Can be easily readjusted as needed. Clamp eliminates twisting once tightened. Low-profile design stays out of the way to provide more gripping surface area.

The ergonomic shape provides different usage zones, all of which contribute to a more enjoyable riding experience for such a high contact component. Installation was a breeze. The grips are easily adjustable to your preference and the clamp is very secure. It's more narrow than I anticipated for a large, but I'm very pleased overall.

As a bike builder, I’m pretty picky about my grips. The Ergon brand always blows me away with their quality and comfort. No more wrist pain and upper arm pain from riding. These are my grip of choice for every build.

Love these grips except that the end caps are way to easy to dislodge. When riding on narrow trails with lots of trees it is not uncommon to tap the bar ends on a tree. I now know to stop and check that the end cap is still there or if I need to go back and look for it.

Based on reviews from various cycling sites, I bought the Ergon GA3 grips for a 1995 Cannondale project bike. They fit perfectly, attached firmly, were super easy to install, and best of all are super comfortable. Unlike 90% of manufacturers, Ergon actually has tons of great videos on their YouTube channel explaining their various product lines, and detailing exactly how to install the product.At $33 they are not the cheapest, but you get a lot of value for your money.

Excellent grips! A very well balanced contact rubber for the skin, not too sticky, not too slippy, hard or soft. Very nice lock ring in Matt black without a gaudy lettering. The lettering is simple touching on the elegant with an understated appeal. Looking forward to using these, great shape for comfort on long rides. Good grip pattern and have a feel of longevity. Highly recommended!

Definitivamente me alivió un problema de entumecimiento de manos. Las empuñaduras de fabrica de mi bici eran demasiado duras, de goma lo que me ocasionaba adormecimiento de manos, probé con potencias algo más cortas, que me acercaba en exceso el manillar y no solucionaban el problema. Definitivamente al aumentar la superficie de apoyo de la mano alivian la tensión del nervio y puedes pedalear durante horas sin ningún problema. Le doy 5 estrellas. Mirad bien la talla (S o L) en mi caso una L. Tienden a ser unos puños bastante largos.

We have put these in size small 30mm on 3 of our bikes. Love the little bit of wrist support and assistance it provides against fatigue. Ergon is a quality brand. Tried the large 32mm version and was too big for our hands. Size md/lg in nitrile gloves.

I still mountain bike, even though my wrist are 76 year old. These really help to hold my wrist in a straight angle with my forearms!! This places much less strain on my wrists! They were easy to put on, and are the same length as my old grips, so I didn't need to adjust my levers (brake & shifter). They don't have real large palm rests, so they work well mountain biking, but still hold wrist straight with my forearms. I would highly recommend, if you are getting sore wrists from ridding.

I'm a type 1 diabetic that loves riding my MTB. I also do a lot of carpentry and auto mechanic work. General inflammation along with diabetes has led me to having carpal tunnel release operations on both wrists about 10 years ago. I also have a trigger finger problem on my right middle finger. I was having a hard time with pain and numbness after about 5 miles of riding with regular round grips. I learned to lightly hold on to my grips similarly to properly holding a golf club...and that helped marginally. When I found these GA3 grips I had to try them...and they solved every problem I've ever had with pain and numbness in my hands while riding to a level that I don't recognize while riding. At the same time my hands are always in the right place because I've accurately clocked these grips to correct my wrist angle in my riding position. For a little while I had then clocked about 20 degrees too high and that caused problems, then I overcompensated and clocked them too far the other way. Now they are perfect. I think these grips are great for everyone, not just people with tingling, numbness and pain. I think they help battle general hand fatigue on longer distance rides also. i bought the large ones because I like to ride with my hands slightly open as opposed to having a tight grip. For reference, when I buy snug fitting work gloves I usually buy large size. Thanks Ergon!

J'étais très sceptique par rapport à ce type de poignées et je n'aimais pas du tout leur look jusqu'au jour ou j'ai acheté un vttae qui en était équipé.J'ai tout desuite changé d'avis lorsque je les aient testées et du coup j'en ai commandé une nouvelle paire pour équiper mon second vttae.Essayer ces poignées c'est les adopter.Elles apportent un réel plus pour la position de conduite et pour le confort des mains.La prise en main du guidon est plus agréable et il n'y a aucune gène ou douleur même après des sorties de longues durée.Le caoutchouc est très agréable au toucher, il est souple et ne glisse pas du tout sous les mains même avec de l'humidité.Les poignées sont très faciles à installer, elles se bloquent à l'aide d'une vis BTR et ne bougent plus.Même si ces poignées peuvent paraitre un peu chères, leur rapport qualité-prix est tout de même excellent car il s'agit de poignées très haut de gamme.En résumé,Les plus:✅️ ergonomie et prise en main parfaite✅️ excellente qualité de fabrication✅️ installation très facile✅️ très confortables pour les longues sortiesLes moins:❌️ prix un peu élevé
